01 / General overview

Build capability for uncertainty.

The cybersecurity industry faces a critical gap between perceived and actual operational requirements. Cybersecurity roles are often treated as conventional IT positions, even though real incidents are hostile, unpredictable and demand decisive action under extreme uncertainty.

Operating effectively in unknown and uncertain environments requires psychological resilience, critical thinking, adaptability and interdisciplinary technical capability—the same qualities traditionally developed by elite military units and special forces.

Cyber Struggle addresses these gaps through simulation, certification and operational-readiness solutions that help cyber front-liners remain functional, resilient and primed—technically, cognitively and psychologically—regardless of how hostile conditions become.

We are looking for a passionate leader who wants to share the mission, develop the Spanish market and build durable relationships without ego, politics or hidden agendas.
