01 / General overview

Build capability for uncertainty.

Cyber Struggle certifications develop more than technical skill. They bring together criminology, terrorism and intelligence studies, perception management, psychological stability, teaming and leadership through a methodology built around continuous, iterative improvement.

Understanding participants’ mental and cognitive state is central to that work. We use periodic cognitive tasks, profiling methods and performance observations to improve how readiness is developed and evaluated.

This is a continuously evolving field. The internship offers psychologists an open research and exercise environment in which to explore new methods, test ideas and improve the participant experience.

We value learning, creating, producing and taking responsibility together—without ego, politics or hidden agendas.
