General Overview

In the cybersecurity industry, there’s a critical misalignment between perceived and actual requirements. Cybersecurity roles are mistakenly seen as standard IT positions rather than specialized security professions that demand unique capabilities. Real-world cyber incidents closely mirror guerrilla warfare—unpredictable, hostile, and requiring decisive, immediate action under extreme uncertainty. Dealing with the unknown in uncertain environments in real life is traditionally handled by elite military units and special forces, who excel through psychological resilience, critical thinking, adaptability, and interdisciplinary technical skills for the unknown.

At Cyber Struggle, we address these significant gaps with our simulation and certification solutions and help cybersecurity frontliners to remain extremely functional, resilient, and primed; technically and psychologically, no matter how hostile the conditions.

At this moment, we are looking for passionate people to share our dreams and chase our dreams.

No bullshit, No politics, but just learning, improving, producing, creating, dedicating, determining, that’s it. We appreciate machines and products but we believe in people! Especially hybrid ones…

  • Home working benefits
